- Lois joined EPA in March of 2000. She communicates between various departments, working closely with our Sales Representatives to provide customer price quotes and bids. She is also responsible for mail handling and assists with accounting.

Purchasing Manager
- Beth started with EPA in August of 1981. She issues vendor purchase orders and monitors shipment status. Beth also pulls customer backorders to prepare for shipment once product is received from vendor.

- Mary started with EPA in July of 1985. She handles the accounting, including invoicing, receivables, G/L and processing vendor invoices.

Customer Service Representative
- Lauri joined EPA in March of 1995. She processes orders and invoices, in addition to handling shipping claims and performing other miscellaneous office duties. Lauri also coordinates the installation department scheduling.
